He is responsible for the restaurant. He manages the wine list, distilled, etc. He is always ready to offer the best option
Pablo Pérez. - Person responsible for purchases
He is an incomparable figure in the supply of all the raw materials for the restaurant.
He is indispensable.
Marta Sánchez. - Booking and public relation.
The youngest of the group and visible face of the restaurant. Person responsible of the attention and organization of events
